Mint Mall comprises a massive inventory from 3 online divisions run by our head office, as well as 20+ brick-and-mortar stores spread throughout Japan.
Our 3 online divisions specialize in the following:
- MINT-WEB: sealed product, accessories and supplies, memorabilia
- TEAM MINT: Pokemon, Magic: the Gathering, and other trading card games, including singles
- MINT BASE: non-TCG singles
Our physical retail outlets all have their own selection of singles, on top of an extensive lineup sports-related product and specialty repacks as well.

■ Regarding Shipping
Shipping charges vary by destination. Shipping is calculated by adding the basic shipping charge to the per-item charge(s). Even when the items you order originate from different MINT locations, all items are consolidated and shipped together, and therefore the Basic Shipping Charge is applied only once, saving you money.
For example, shipping 2 single cards to China:
Basic Shipping Charge 1,300 JPY
+ Per-Item Charge for one single from MINT Shibuya (+50 JPY)
+ Per-Item Charge for one single from MINT Shinjuku (+50 JPY)
= 1,400 JPY Total Shipping Charge

■ Step-by-Step Order Process
1. Once you’ve decided on a product, select the quantity and click/tap “Purchase” or “Add to Cart”.
2. After you’ve finished selecting all the items you want, confirm the items in your cart and click/tap “Proceed to Checkout”.
- If you’ve added items into your cart originating from multiple locations, you’ll need to do a checkout for each one separately.
- If you’ve ordered items originating from multiple locations, the Basic Shipping Charge will appear for each item. However, since all items in your order will be shipped together, the Basic Shipping Charge will be reduced to reflect a single location prior to payment processing, with the others being reduced to lesser Per-Item Charges.
3. Confirm your method of payment and shipping address, and complete your order.
4. Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an automatic “Thank you for your order!” email notification. Please take a moment to confirm the details of the email after you receive it.
5. Your item(s) will be prepared and sent to MINT BASE.
6. Once your items have been consolidated at MINT BASE, they will be shipped out to you.
- Shipment is typically executed 7-10 business days after checkout.
- If you’ve ordered items originating from multiple locations, they will be shipped together, and therefore the “basic shipping charge” will not be duplicated. Additional instances of the “basic shipping charge” from locations beyond the first will be reduced in the final invoice.
7. After shipment, you will be sent a “Your order has been shipped!” email.
Please Note:
If you do not receive an automatic email notification, please check if the order process was completed correctly, your email address is registered correctly, or your mobile phone address is rejecting certain emails.
■ Returns & Cancelations
Cancelations will be honored for orders that have not yet shipped from MINT BASE. Cancelations will not be accepted if your order has already been shipped. If delivery is refused without any prior communication/cancelation, the buyer will also be responsible for return delivery, packing, and handling fees.
