■ Regarding Shipping
Shipping charges vary by destination. Shipping is calculated by adding the basic shipping charge to the per-item charge(s). If you order multiple items at once, the total shipping cost will be the base shipping fee plus the per-item fees.
For example, shipping 3 cards to China:
Basic Shipping Charge 1,300 JPY
+ per-item fees: 50 JPY x 3 cards
= 1,450 JPY total shipping cost

■ Step-by-Step Order Process
1. Once you’ve decided on a product, select the quantity and click/tap “Purchase” or “Add to Cart”.
2. After you’ve finished selecting all the items you want, confirm the items in your cart and click/tap “Proceed to Checkout”
MINT VAULT Note: Products from MINT VAULT cannot be purchased together with other products within MINT MALL. Please process your MINT VAULT orders and non-MINT VAULT orders separately. Thank you.
3. Confirm your method of payment and shipping address, and complete your order.
4. Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an automatic “Thank you for your order!” email notification. Please take a moment to confirm the details of the email after you receive it.
5. After confirming the actual product and its condition, the ordered item will be shipped to the customer's address. Shipments are usually made within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

6. After the shipment is processed, you will receive an email saying "Your ordered item has been shipped".
Please Note:
If you do not receive an automatic email notification, please check to make sure your order process was completed correctly, your email address is registered correctly, and your mobile phone address isn’t rejecting certain emails. The notification email may also be in your junk email folder. Please whitelist @mint-web.co.jp to ensure email delivery.
■ Payment methods
Payment is accepted via bank/wire transfer or credit card. For bank transfers, please follow the instructions in the email you receive upon placing your order.
■ Note regarding High Valued Items
Purchases exceeding 5,000,000 JPY cannot be processed due to system limitations. Please contact customer service for information on how to make such purchases via the following email address: vault310@mint-web.co.jp
■ Note regarding Customs duties
Some items may be subject to customs duties.
■ Regarding the declared value for customs
For international shipments, the sale price will be used as the declared value for customs. Requests to change or modify this value cannot be accommodated.
■ Returns & Cancelations
Cancelations will be honored for orders that have not yet shipped from MINT BASE. Cancelations will not be accepted if your order has already been shipped. If delivery is refused without any prior communication/cancelation, the buyer will also be responsible for return delivery, packing, and handling fees.
